Hace unos meses supe del nuevo lanzamiento de la sublime Liz Fraser, y no es hasta el día de hoy que lo publico... Mis asuntos personales me tienen bastante ocupada y he dejado mi querido segmento, aunque un poco de lado, jamás olvidado!
Este es mi primer post del año y un regreso a la dimensión sónica, y qué mejor que hacerlo con algo de la magia de Elizabeth.
En memoria de Jake Drake-Brockman, entrañable tecladista de Echo & The Bunnymen fallecido en setiembre pasado tras un accidente en moto, Elizabeth Fraser lanza el single Moses en una edición limitada a 900 copias. Drake-Brockman fue un amigo muy cercano, socio y colaborador musical de Elizabeth y Damon Reece (actual pareja de Liz Fraser).
Moses fue escrito y grabado por Jake, Elizabeth y Damon, y lo encontraremos en un single de 12" junto a dos remixes, uno a cargo de Thighpaulsandra (Julian Cope, Spiritualized, Coil) y Andy Jenks (The Flies, Spaceland) vía Rough Trade Records.
El single se puede comprar en formato digital en la web oficial de Elizabeth Fraser. Excelente preámbulo para un posible nuevo álbum.
